HOSPICE HOPES & DREAMS GOLF EVENT
On Friday, June 13, 2008 – Chaska Golf Course sponsored a third party event—Hospice Hopes & Dreams Golf Tournament to benefit patients of ThedaCare At Home’s hospice program. The inaugural event raised over $11,000. These dollars will grant hopes and dreams for patients and/or their family members in the end of life.
